How to make almond milk at home?

-First of all, soak the almonds in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, soften their shells and peel them.
-Then put the peeled almonds in cold water and leave them for at least 12 hours. You can extend the standby time up to 24 hours.
-Transfer the almonds and the water you have kept in the blender.
-Add 1 liter of drinking water to it.
At this stage, you can add ingredients such as cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa, honey, molasses, carob powder, pitted dates, cardamom, which you want to add flavoring to your almond milk, into the blender.
-Put it through the blender for 2-3 minutes until you get a homogeneous and fluid mixture.
- Stretch a clean cheesecloth over the mouth of a jug or jar and strain the mixture in the blender with this cheesecloth.
- Squeeze the pulp remaining on the cheesecloth and ensure that the milk and almonds are well separated.
