The area where our fresh and natural products grown in the Southeast Taurus are located is surrounded by mountains at an altitude of 1,050 meters above sea level. Located around the Göksu Stream, which is a tributary of the Euphrates, these lands have a highland climate in the north and a temperate climate in the south. We choose the brightest, reddest and most fragrant tomatoes we collect from these lands, where fruits and vegetables are grown abundantly. We clean and wash in plenty of water. We divide the tomatoes into four and five according to their size, keep them for 1.1 and a half days, crush them easily in our sieves, and discard the skins. Before pouring it into the trays, we add some rock salt and put it to dry in the sun for 5-7 days. During drying, we check and mix it every other day. Our completely natural and delicious tomato paste is ready to come to your tables in a long-lasting and delicious way.
